CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
My Integrity Refund Policy: It’s not a win-win if you’re not getting value or if you’re not the right fit for this coaching. It’s not good for either of us. It's unlikely to happen, but if that’s the case, refunds on remaining unused sessions of a package will be granted. In other words, if you're not satisfied with your coaching services all you need to do is provide at least 48hrs notice prior to your next session and all remaining sessions of a package will be refunded. Nice, huh?
Cancelling/Rescheduling/Missed Sessions: If you need to cancel or reschedule and it is not an emergency, please call or email to cancel at least 48 hours in advance or the full amount of a session will be charged. I understand that emergencies can happen to anyone; therefore, if an emergency keeps you from attending a scheduled session, please call whenever possible to let me know of the circumstances. Such events as death in the family, serious accidents, serious illness and hospitalization are considered “emergencies” and you will not be charged for the missed session.
